Dear Sir,
Please advice if I sign the Service agreement with the company on 100 Rs Stamp paper then it will be legally valid because I would have to pay advance amount for getting the services from the company. Please note this agreement will be Notarized as per the company and the company will also provide me post dated cheque against the advance fees.
So I request please advise me what other steps I would have to follow to make this agreement solid legally.
