Separate will for 2 properties ?

I m currently living in gurgaon. I have 2 properties in my name one in delhi other in greater noida

1) Should I make 1 common will for both properties or a separate one for each?
2) Where should I get each willl registered ? in the place of property (viz delhi/greater noida) or place where i m residing (in gurgaon)
3) Is a witness mandatory to sign it the will ?

thanks,

Prefer to discuss in person with a very able counsel specializing in such/civil matters.

Avoid posers, pretenders loitering at various forums to fleece the unsuspecting querists.

The quality time spent by you can help you to defend your interest in the best possile manner.

Let your counsel draft the WILL.

One WILL can narrate all estate and benefiaries.

It shall be better to register WILL written in language that you know on record.

It shall be better to have trustworthy 2 witnesses and a doctor certifying that the testaor has sound mind.
