Those who help road accident victims will not be examined by police again and again; if a statement is to be recorded, it should be done in a single examination, the road transport ministry has said in new provisions of the standard operating procedure for Good Samaritans.The affidavit of a Good Samaritan will be treated as a complete statement, it said.
