Senior citizeship act

If i have to file seniorctizenship case...for evection of son and dil from my self owned property...it has to be filled in d.m court or civil court ...plz guide me....my dil has filled 498 and d.v on me and my wife...son living with wife.and he is not accused...son and his wife play game with us....plz help me guide me
