Good Evening,

My Grandmother has purchased a property 30 years ago, 6 months back she has registered the property in my name in means of gift deed. And the gift deed has been registered in register office.

Need expertise advise, if  i have the rights to sell the property.

Regards

Srinivas

Thank your so much for your prompt response. I have one more clarification on the same topic. The total schedule of the property is 2400 sqft with a temple of 300 sqft (which is a part of 2400). Clause: The Donor and Donee hereby agree that the schedule property consisting of temple in the extent of EW 30 and NS 10 which is constructed by donor herein as her private temple. By virtue of this gift the donee, her legal heirs shall retain the said temple in the schedule property and to manage, supervise and lookafter the same forever as the absolute owner thereof and they are also entitled to re-locate (shift) and re-construct the said temple in any part of the schedule property as per their conveience. Having the above said clause, will i still be able to sell the property. Regards
