I'm looking to sell artificial / imitation jewellery imported from Singapore on various online platforms.
I want to sell the imported goods online under my own brand name.I have decided on a name and a google search shows that it does not exist already.Can I simply just mention the brand name in the listing and start selling or do I have to get it registered?If so,what is the procedure?
I have already noticed some people selling artificial jewellery online under their own brand name,which are actually imported from China.Is it ok to sell imported goods under your own brand name?
I own a company which is a manufacturer of various industrial spares/tools.I have TIN certificate/factory license etc.Can I start my online business in my company name and start selling or do I have to form a new company with new TIN no. etc.?
