Self acquired property & consenting witness

I had purchased a BDA residential site in Bangalore in 2008 and got it registered from the seller. He was 1st buyer having bought it from the Original allottee. I bought it from him. It is his self acquired property. I have two queries, 1. In my sale deed, my advocate (now deceased) has not mentioned that it was the self acquired property of the Seller. 2. Seller wife has signed as one witness, but advocate has not mentioned her as " Consenting witness ". Does these above factors will affect the our title to the property ? If so what are the remedial measures available within Kartnatka State laws pertaining to property buying / selling ? to make title perfect. Seller had one son and a daughter, both were major in age. Both were not appeared for the registration.

In case of self acquired property NO one is required to sign.

Ask your counsel for the posibility of correction deed if possible and if seller is willing to come forward.
