Second cousin marrage

I am a hindu from southindia My second cousin I.E my-fathers-sisters-husbands-sisters-daughter, who will be sister by relation but not so close. Can I marry her legally??? Checked with sapindas which we don't fall. And not of same gothra and blood. WI'll this come under prohibited relation? 4th point in prohibited relation of hindu law is not clear. Can any one check and tell.
