Can anyone please provide the citation of case law wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has expressly stated that the resolution passed in a GBM of a Coop Group Housing Society, banning the renting out of flats/houses to Singles / Bachelors etc is unlawful, illegal and against the laws of the land.
