Sbi cc not releasing lean on a fd

Dear All,

I had a SBI credit card which had a lien on a FD. I closed the CC a year ago and they sent me a message that the lien has been released. But when i went to the bank the bank says the lien has not been released and there is a lock. Almost a year i have all the complaint number and messages confirming this.

What is the need and logic to take such Credit Card with such conditions?

Did you conduct any survey about the various Credit Cards being sold in the market and compared the fee/benefits/charges/Consumer Cases/Frauds etc in case of each company?

It is SBI CC. The CC is not given by State Bank Of India although its officials sell this CC.

It is a private company in which SBI has major stake.

It is M/s SBI Cards and Payment Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Obtain the confirmation from bank in writing that lien is not vacated.

Attach the copies of existence of lien and repeated messgaes that lien has benn vacated and demand to supply the comepnsation policy and compensation from M/s SBI Cards and Payment Systems Ltd, in writing under proper acknowledgment.

Handover all dcos to your able counsel and let your counsel handle the matter and get you comensation and get the CC company penalized.
