I have an apartment in Chennai which I wish to sell.This was bought my me in late 90's but the transction was done by my parents in my absence when I was abroad.They have given me only UDS document which is in my name.They say the construction/buildings document is either not there or was lost.Could anyone advise me whether I would be able to sell the apartment with only the UDS document? If buildings document is also needed what should I do?
