hi,
i received a preliminary decree few days back wherien one of the prayer to cancel a sale deed is allowed.
now ,should i wait for the court to send the notice to sub registrar office to get it cancelled,or do in need to file a petition wtih a preliminary decree copy at the sub registrar office and get it cancelled
i am ok to take inititative and get it cancelled if it is allowed rather than wait for court to do it
please advise. this is in the state of tamilnadu.

If the petitioner in his petition prayed the court to direct the Sub Registrar concerned, the Court after passing the decree orders will send it to the Sub Registrar.

Wait till the other party goes for further appeals or not and then pray the court for execution of the decree.
