Sale agreement

Hello All, Recently i have bought a property and have entered into a sale engreement with Seller. Now seller wants a Notarised copy of sale agreement. Please advise what is the process. Does Buyer have to give a notarised copy to seller or it is seller responsibility. Thanks in Advance

since one has original and other has it copy of sales agreement.
in notarizeation, original copy is required to check/match tthe content therein.

Usually it the buyer that retains the original as it makes the payment to seller.

Better rgister the agreement.

Much better if your own counsel drafte the agreement after verification of title and proper legal opinion.
