STANDING ORDERS


Dear members, Please let me know whether 5* hotels are not bound to follow standing orders? What remedy does one have if the management does not issue relieving letter and the employee remains unemployed for want of same from new employer?

Have you resigned and served the Notice Period? Had you executed any bond? Had the employer imparted you any special training involving extra-expenditure?

Dear Anupam,

You can approach the labour court and file complaint against the employer.
