SC/ST atrosities ACT 1989

sir there is a WASHERMAN here n he threatens every native of our neighbourhood regarding this. He claims to put us in prison n launch an FIR if we say annnything of any sort against him. He do things that arent good ! Throws his garbage where ever he feels like n parks his car infront of my house these days. i belong from Gen category. Have i got no option but to suffer 😅

Neither the washerman nor the Questioner ( I don't like the word, Querist ) belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.

Nowadays CCTV and mobile videos are common.if he threatens catch everything in it.it will be conclusive proof if he goes.

sir I'm working as a government school teacher in banglore.i belongs schedule cast . past 6 years to my school head mistress and her husband, one teacher and inspection officer those four members harrassed and discriminating me and unnessery they are all torchered me due to cast but i dont have any discrimination evidence what kind of evedince required for this case 8951275582
