Can wife ask Conveyance, travel bills of husband before her marriage period, as there is divorce pending in court and she want to humiliate husband through asking his LTC, Journey bill, hotels bills details beofre she got married. Does RTI provision/CIC judgment permits for it? |

To ask anything can be asked under RTI. But to provide information the information asked should be listed under the RTI Act. For that you should mention which department were you working in. What was your position in the department. Without that it will be like doing palmistry, which is of no use.
