Hello,
I have been married for 7 years and separate since 1. No formal separation proceedings have commenced as yet. All my legal documents are in my post marriage name. I want to move back to my maiden name for bank account, PAN, driving license, passport. I understand that per a 2012 Supreme Court rule, women can chose not to adopt their marriage name.
Can I move back to maiden name without producing separation deed or divorce decree? Please help. I am having a lot of challenges because of the name discrepancy.
