Resignation Acceptance


Hello Madam/ Sir,

My offer letter says " Post confirmation, employment can be terminated by either party by giving 90 days notice period in writing, or payment of CTC ( Cost to Company) in lieu thereof manager's approval and and satisfactory handover of responsibilities. "

I am serving 45 days notice. My manager is not accepting the resignation. I told them I am ready to pay for shortfall on notice.


Can you please help me on this, if I leave after 45 days I have mentioned a specific date on email as well, will they not give me my experience and reliving letter?

Please read, "in lieu thereof Manager's approval and satisfactory handover of responsibilities". So, the Manager's approval is must in your case, which according to your post has not been approved by him. Please, plead with your Manager with the folded hands instead of being arrogant, if you require the relieving letter and the experience certificate.

I have been requesting him all time, and I am not being arrogant.
I am trying to get the solution, what if in case he's not accepting?
Is there any way I can get out of this situation?

If you wanted to join another company, then better explain to them and take some grace time. Till then endure the hardship at the present employer, and leave after receiving the relieving letter and the experience certificate.

sir.. relieving and experience letters are not shared on last day.
These are always to employees post leaving organization.. approximately 45 days of leaving.
