I was working for an organization for 10months and after that i left the organisation, as till 10 months i was not confirmed.
The company also treated me like a probationary, but during my full n final settlement they didnt give me my LTA as they told me that in your appointment letter it is clearly mentioned that LTA will be reimbursed after completion of 1 year.
LTA was part of my CTC, can i claim the same Now as mu full n final settelment is done.

I have asked HR about this, HR told me that we can not help as it is mentioned in the appointment letter that you will get the same after completion of 1 year, but it is not mentioned that if you do not complete 1 year you will not be eligible for the same.

But there are various components of the CTC that affect your in-hand salary.Some of these components inflate your CTC but you do not get them as a part of your monthly pay.
