As a junior lawyer i am asking this query.
A friend of mine who is an interior designer wishes to start his own construction and developers company. Pls let me know what is the procedure to form that and what are the documents required. What are the relevent acts that i need to refer.

Its better to consult CA for formation of company

There are several requirement for formation of company MOA / AoA, there must be at least two persons, it should be register before Registrar of company, obtain certificate of incorporation etc etc
