Dear All
I having Raw House in Navi Mumbai and in our society there are 34 flats in one tower and 5 Raw house 25 feet away from the tower but society is same.
tower is allmost 18 years old and required major repair and all raw house is stand alon and each one maintain properly by the owner so now soceity wants that Rawhouse member should pay the charges for repair of the tower per sq feet basic accordingly entire cost.
so shall we pay the repair charges or not?
