Reopening respondent evidence in CrPC 125 case

I am the respondent in M.C. case. Petitioner evidence was closed. I filled my evidence affidavit on 30.03.17 thereafter 3 hearings were passed each in April, may and june without cross-examination to me even though I was very well present. Now in July, I couldn't attend two successive hearings 10th and 17th July, Judge closed my evidence and posted the case to 20th July for arguments straight away. The reasons for my absence on 10th July - leave problem. 17th July - mother fallen ill because of weather. Without cross the evidence is of no value so, Can I reopen my evidence now? If so, Under which section of CrPC?

You submit the Application with reasons for not appearing, It depend on judge in present court. But you submit evidence in court on next date. They will accept.
