Renting apartment

My tenant is staying in my apartment since last two years and We have registered Leave and License agreemennt. The term is getting over in May and the tenet want to rent my apartment for another two years. and ready to do for registering  Leave and license agreement.

Is here any harm, if the tenat stayed for 4 years in my apartment? Can he put any claim down the line?

Please advice.
