We have rented our flat with leave & lincee agreement to same tenannt from last four years , tenant is paying regular rent though cheque .we have renewed 11 month agreement for 4 times but I heard that it is risky for landlord to renew agreemnt with the same tenant for more than 4 years . The tenant is very regular in paying rents & maintaining the house very well so we prefer not to change him but at the same time we are looking for security of our propery .
Kindly pls guide on the same and advice further.
