Removal or dissmissal from public sector bank

Please can anyone clarify that if someone is terminated from a public sector bank due to unauthorised absence from the bank is he dismissed or removed from the bank?

2. Also is he eligible or not to get a job in central goverment after getting removed/dissmissed from public sector bank due to unauthorised absence from in duty?

Please clarify the above points that is he removed or dissmissed from service for unauthorised absense and eligible for a central goverment job as per the law.

Dear querist,

The normal penalty for absence without permission is dismissal, removal or termination from service depending upon how seriously the disciplinary authority takes the offense in view of the justification provide by employee.

Moreover look into the service rules of your concern department and lot depend upon the disciplinary committee.

If once you are removed from your post, this means you faced punishment for your misconduct. There is no bar for employment central government.
