My question is what is remedy for me to enforce execution of my decree. I am a decree holder, wherein both the parties are in delhi and Delhi High Court is having the jurisdiction. i am not aware of the properties of the judgment debtor. How can i get my money from the judgement debtor. Execution proceedings are going on, wherein the court has attched the veable property of the judgement debtor. However when balif went for attachment at the house of JD, he pleaded that the moveable propery belongs to his wife and balif did/could not attach the moveable property. In any case the moveable property is not sufficient, or i say insignificant to recover my dues. Now what are my remedies under the law/execution to get my money from the JD
