Our system is so  designed to elicte  information about the religion and commu ity/caste compulsorily in all documents.Even in Tamilnadu where the practicing of religion and caste is criticised on the lines of E.V.Ramasamy Periyar it still continues.There is no escape from being religionless or casteless.

Due to the fear of losing the vote bank, the politicians who are unfortunately the law makers of our country will not dare to even to talk  about bringing out a reform on the lines of your question, so do not waste time thinking about such revolutionary ideas.
