Relieving letter

I was working in a company since last 2 years and fallen in some consequences that I had left the job without any resignation or serving notice period. And now after one month I need relieving letter. How should i approach then now.

Give legal notice for relieve and get your releave letter from ur organization.

since you left the Company on your own, do you think that your Company will give relieving order? Leaving the Company without notice amounts to misconduct.

Yes Saravan Sir, I agreed of this misconduct and on the same note I am just trying to figure out if there is any chance or way to get the releving letter even after the termination of employement.

Has the company supplied speaking order of termination?

What was your designation and nature of duties?

You have worked for how many months?

What was your salary/month?

Did the company issue notices,show cause notice etc to you?

Did you get any appointment letter and does it have clause on notice period and is there provision of notice pay in lieu of notice period, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips, ESIC card,Form16, , service certificate,Fnf statement etc?

Does standing orders apply to establishment? If yes does it have certified standing orders or Model standing orders  shall apply?
