Ancestral property consisted of two parts-My father and his elder brother. After death of my father and mother, , my only brother gifted his portion to me through a power of Attorney given in the name of my husband, My aunt also executed a similar gift deed which was registered.. Now the property belonging to my brother was registered in my name on the basis of gift deed of my brother which was not registered.Both the gift deeds were executed about 10 years back and I have been paying municipal tax in my name regularly. Presently , I intend to sell my property where it has been pointed out that mutation wnd Porcha will not be possible with present documents. , May please advise remedies without going to court to resolve the same.My brother can still certify the power of attorney and endorse it and there is no dispute among any parties(only oversight in registering the gift deed)
