Please clarify, that if the owner of land (registration) is in the name of Mr. X & a buliding was constructed by another person Mr. Y & there is no registration of building in anybody's name. Mr. Y had to purchase the land in the name of Mr. X as the laws of the State barred Mr. Y from purchasing the same, Mr. Y being a non-agriculturist. Now, after some years, an Iqrarnama is executed whereby the land was transferred to Mr. Y by Mr. X willingly for a due consideration ..... HOW STRONG IS THE CASE IN FAVOUR OF MR. Y ? Construction bills and electricity bills are in the name of Mr. Y.
