We had dispute over land and the problem was solved in Lok adalat court by compromising settlement.
We have received the decree order copy after 2 months. I request advice from the experts on the following
1. Wether the decree of court need to be register in register office.( compromise settlement contains exchange of land between me & opp. party and common road created in both's land)
2. In case it is to be registered what is the time line ? within how many days it is to be registed ?
3, In case, the time limit is over what is the option ?
