Registration of Labour License certificate

please solve the  problem

"X" company is acquired by "y" GROUP OF INDUSTRIES ON MARCH 23RD 2010. "X" HAS 300 EMPLOYEES BUT  REGISTRATION OF LABOUR LICENSE FOR ONLY 50 EMPLOYEES. NOW "X" WANTS TO GET THE REGISTRATION FOR REMAINING 100 EMPLOYEEE IN THE LABOUR OFFICE. AND AFTER 3 MONTHS  IT WANTS TO TAKE LABOUR LICENSE FOR ANOTHER 150 EMPLOYEES.

 

WHEN A "P" PERSON GONE TO LABOUR OFFICE THEY ASKED TO BRING THE "MOA". AND THEN THEY WILL TELL THE PROCESS FOR THE REDISTRATION. "


NOW SHOUL HE BRING "MOA" OF THE "Y" GROUP OF INDUSTRIES? AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR TO GET LABOUR CERTIFICATE FOR 150 PEOPLE AND ANOTHER 150 PEOPLE IN PHASE WISE ?


WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
 HOW MUCH DOES IT TAKE TIME FOR RESITRATION?

WHAT ARE THE FORMS TO FILL?AND WHERE DO WE GET THE FORMS? CAN WE DOWNLOAD THE FORMS?IF PLEASE FORWARD THE MTHEOD IN DOWNLOADING . IF CAN PLEASE FORWARD THE DOCUMENTS/FORMS
