My mother had a land in delhi regsieterd in her name. iam staying on this land till date she left a will which is registered about 15 years ago for thid property. myself and my two brothers are beneficiary in this wil. I have two sister which were married happily and given lot of thinsg while they were married by my mother,which is clealry mentioned in the will that they have been given enough.
Kindly let me know what is the next step for us( the three brothers)
1) do we need to get the mutation done for the property ? if yes where?
2) Do we need to get a probate for registered will in delhi?
3) Can the sister challege this will in court after 15 years?
Pl. let me know the stage wise process how i can get my share of property registered in my name? i dont keep very good health .. i need to pass on my share of property to my children before i die..
