I was lodged compliant against criminal assault, Police Station registered it in Non – Cognizable (NC) category under section of 323, 504 & 506 under IPC, My NC against the Cross Non – Cognizable (NC) complaint against me. Police officer without taking any action told me to take medical assistant first. I was injured very badly; my tooth has broken with minor jaw facture and injury to eye and some minor injuries on the body, but no visible marks on the body.
Medical officer rejected to give any report to me, as I am taken assistant from Privet Hospital. PRO of same hospital told that, “He can able to give certificate to police only as per the rule, if and if police has approached them through court.”
The opposite party want settlement of same and my family also forcing me for same, as they have strong party compare to us.
Now my Queries is:
1. 1. Did police have filed charged sheet to court on my NC?
2. 2. Did i have to go for settlement, by withdrawing my NC along with him?
3. 3. If NC has remain pending, did it will have any effect?
