Dear sir,
I am a owner of a flat in an apartment. The apartment has come up with the understanding between the landlord and the builder. Builder had allowed owners / residents to live in the apartments while the project was still in progress. The landlord has a share in the apartment some ''x' number of flats. Complete sale of the flats from the landlord side is not yet done. Now 75 percent of the flats are occupied. But, for the unsold flats maintenance is not being paid. Who should pay the maintenance? Is it builder or is it the landlord or maintenance to be charged only for the occupied flats?
