Regarding exparte civil case

sir,

my father had filed a civil case which has become an exparte case my doubt is .In the ecourt services site it is given that "clarification heard, posted for judgement" next purpose "judgement"  16/10/2019 what does this mean .I want to know whether judgement will be declared on 16th of this month .so that I can make arrangements to go to the cuddalore court from chennai.I have this doubt because the same statement was given i.e, clarification heard posted for judgement but judgement was not pronounced.

Do not wait for something to happen that may complicate a simple and smooth issue.  Contact advocate and get remedy for filing such applications for condoning the absence and defend your rights legally.
