Refund from amazon not credited into bank account

they have given us the refund reference number(75260826344010497130897) and transaction id (FTZ76J9Vkh396C). amazon are saying that if we have initiated the refund only we will be able to generate refund reference number which is from RBI.but money was not credited into my account.(31922622414) sbi bank.bank claims that i didnt we have that type of transaction .sirr please help me with this it took 6 months to save this much
