MY friend has miss used a blank cheque of mine, where signature is done by myself. after that he filled a case under sec 138 ni act . which is dismmised on intial stage for no maintable. now he has send me a legal notice for recovery, can he file a case for the same and what are the chances of exceptance of this to same court.

Yes ,your friend can file recovery suit on basis of said cheque send reply of notice and deny facts narrated in notice.
