Dear Freinds,
I have to prepare one Reconveyance deed which will be signed by my bank employer. The deed has to be signed on account of repayment of the loan which I took from the bank for the purpose of my son's higher studies. I had repaid the amount totally and had taken my documents back. I am attaching the file containing the proforma of the said deed. Kindly suggest me whether there it is legally correct.. I want it to be simple but should contain all the necessary legal wordings required so as there should not be any problem in future. At the time of securing loan I deposited original documents of my house and signed on Memorandum of deposit of title deed with the bank.
