i had purchased a agricultural land 4 acres in january 2010, seller got that property from government(darkhast jameenu- petition land) and after obtaining required permission from tahsildar he sold that land to me.
registration was done for little less than market value
registration was done in subregistrar office and stamp duty was paid
land is in my possession ,khata is in my name and i am paying all the required taxes
when purchased land was barren dry land,now i have developed land,there is a borewell and planted trees. value of the has increased many folds
after six years seller came to me demanding more money ,he is threatening he will file a case and reclaim his property
what should i do?
