Old Property on rent since 1950's. No rent agreement with the tenant. Only rent receipts given. ->No rent since may 2008.we havent given a bank account number. ->One out of the tenant died and has sublet for commercial use residential property. Rent in 2008 - 220/month ->Second tenant is not using the property and not paying the rent. He has a flat registered in his name in Jaipur. Rent in 2008 - 180/month ->Third tenant has NEVER paid rent & has sublet the property. We now do not have a house and are staying on rent. Our business also crashed and now are in a very weak financial condition and are looking for the quickest route to evicting the tenant. Head of family is a 74 yrs old widow has 2 sons. Also, is there a way to recover arrears rent beyond 3 years? What happens to the rent that our tenant accepted from the subtenants? Is there a way in which we can evict tenants or sub tenants immediately? Is sub tenancy without written permission from landlord considered fraud
