Query on court notice

Hi

Could you kindly advise on the following questions.

1) How court send the notice to part ?. Is it a registred notice or Ordinary

2) What happens if the notice is not received by the Part ?

Sir,

Usually the court summons will be sent only through registered post. If the party doeasnot receive fresh summons willbe sent twice. If it doesnot workout the magistrate will issue a bailable arrest warrant which you have to execute through the police.
