We are Muslim (Sunni) family, my late grandfather had 3 wives, First wife had a son (My Father), second wife had 2 daughters & Third wife had 4 sons and 3 daughters. My Late grandfathers first two wives passed away, third wife is alive.
My grandfather owned a property; its will is not prepared.
I am the son of my grandfather’s first wife’s son. I would like to make sure whether I am eligible to claim my share in the property or not?
Who else apart from me can claim for the property? Please explain
