May i know by all the senior advocates present here, i just got bail in a case which was lodged by a girl, and unfortunatly my so called wife. I got this bail from High Court on the basis of that we got married. and she also accpeted it in a written complaint in a police station.
Please Suggest me do i have to file Application For quashing of FIR in High Court
