Hi,
In quasi judicial cases, is there any chance to quash proceedings from high court like Crpc 482?
Is there similar provision in CPC or any other section? Article 226/227 is not applicable because fundamental rights are not being violated,
However a case is being dragged on for several years, with no proof, just conjecture documentary evidence, zero oral or eye witness, opposite party has no locus standi, but authority is entertaining it to harass a person?
