Respected Sir/Madam, I have query regarding purchase of Green Zone Agriculture Land in Maharashtra as stated below:-
Case 1:- Can Company or Partnership firm Purchase green zone agriculture land?
Case 2:- A person desire to purchase green zone Agriculture land but he is not agriculturalist and does not have any Agriculture land on his name and his family member as well as there is no name on his and his family members in any “Saath Baara Utara” this case what can i do?
