I am currently in process of purchasing a flat in Building in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai which is in built in Gaothan Expansion Scheme. The flat I am going to purchase has been gifted to current owner by her Mother and Brother. In this concern I have received following documents from the sellers.
- Registered Gift Deed
- Agreement for Sale between earlier Owner (Mother and Brother) and Builder
- Occupation Certificate
- Commencement Certificate
- Lease deed between Plot Owners and Cidco
- Society Registration Certificate
- Title Report
- Development Agreement
However I understand that lease deed between cidco and Builder is essential before any agreement is made. I am checking with seller whether he has copy of this docuement. Please advise how much important this document is before I enter sale agreement. Please advise if I need to get any other document.
