Property sale

Sir I have a resedential house in Gandhidham Gujarat state Kutch district it is located in one of the posh locality apnanagar. I don't know the market senarios . I want to sell this property it is about 2400 sq feet . My question is whether it is right to sell property or wait till next budget in 2019 and wait till next general elections of 2019.
