Property rights

Hi Sir,

We are brother of three and Hindu. My father sold our ancestor agriculture property and bought new agriculture land in different place and registerd on my elder brother name. After 10 years my elder brother and his wife now saying property is on his name and not ready to share. He is claiming according to law it is his property now. My father, me and younger brother are in helpless suituation. Could some one help me to understand the fact according to law. Do my brother only has rights to enjoy all the share. Please help me to proceed on this issue.

If Payment of land were done by cash then will be difficult to prove that your father has made the Payment of land. Feel free to cal for any help at 9456777600.
