A particular property of 95 cents entered into a Sale Agreement but sale not carrried out by the buyer(Wilfully) within the specified period, now the matter being in the courts, if the Seller wants to retain 10 or 15 cents to make a house for himself, in a place where he does not have any other property or house, will the courts allow the seller to retain the 10/15 cents of land for himself in case the court verdict goes against him and he has to sell the property to the same buyer who has been delaying the matter for over 19 months deliberately?
